Which call should I book?
If you already have a specific commercial question and want to use the time to go deep on it, book a Strategic Growth Assessment. If the situation is still being defined, or you just want to test whether a working relationship makes sense, an intro call is the right starting point.
Both calls go directly to Steen — there is no triage layer in between.
Can the work start small?
Yes. Most engagements start as a one-week diagnostic or a focused two-day session on a specific question. From there, the scope can extend — or stop — based on what the work actually needs.
There is no minimum retainer or long-term commitment to start.
Can I use the Academy on its own?
Yes. The B2B Software Growth Academy is a self-service portal with practical tools, templates, and AI assistants. It is designed to work on its own for owners and commercial leaders who want to work through the material at their own pace.
It also pairs well with advisory engagements — preparing teams, reinforcing decisions, and supporting follow-through after the work ends.
Do you work with companies outside B2B software?
The focus is B2B software companies because that is where I have spent 25+ years and where the methods are most directly applicable. Adjacent areas — B2B services, hardware-software hybrids, vertical SaaS — usually fit well.
If the situation is further from the core, an intro call is the best way to test whether the work would be useful.
What if I prefer email over a call?
Email works. A short note describing the situation and what you would like to discuss is enough to get a useful reply — or a suggestion to take it to a call if that turns out to be the better format.
