Prodagio Software Announces New CEO and Changes to Executive Team
Prodagio Software, (Houston, Tx, USA) a leading provider of Contract Lifecycle Management and Accounts Payable Automation solutions, has announced the appointment of Diana Massaro as Chief Executive Officer, as well as a new executive leadership team focused on building innovative and useful products while exceeding customer expectations.
A primary initiative of the team will be to bring process-driven management and industry-leading product development methodologies to the company. As a Teakwood Capital portfolio company, Prodagio is well-supported in its endeavor to scale the company’s products and operations to meet increasing market demand.

The executive team includes:
Diana Massaro – Chief Executive Officer. Diana is an experienced technology executive who specializes in creating cohesive teams and processes. Her background is heavily focused on the product development lifecycle and marketing. She began her career at Compaq Computer (acquired by Hewlett-Packard in 2002) and has held executive roles at a number of successful Houston software companies, including BindView (acquired by Symantec (NASDAQ: SYMC) in 2006), PROS (NYSE: PRO) and Datacert (acquired by Wolters Kluwer in 2014). She was most recently the Vice President of Marketing at Idera Software.
Cyndie Cox – Vice President, Products and Strategy. Cyndie has been focused on the technology needs of the world’s largest enterprises for over 20 years and has unique instincts for building user-friendly applications that support improved business processes in companies large and small. She spent over fifteen years in a legal technology leadership role at UPS and was most recently the Director of Enterprise Legal Management products at Houston-based Datacert.
Craig Estepp – Vice President, Engineering and Customer Operations. Craig is an experienced software executive with a strong track record of delivering high-quality enterprise software solutions. Over his nearly thirty year career in the technology industry, he has held multiple high-level positions with Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ) and executive positions at Veritas Software (acquired by Symantec in 2005) and Insite Objects.
Josie Johnson – Vice President, Marketing. Josie has over 12 years of experience building marketing programs that generate demand for legal and financial software applications and provide exceptional value to existing customers. She has held senior management positions at Datacert and HighRadius and also has marketing agency experience serving the legal technology market.
Terry Roy – Vice President, Sales. Terry has over 20 years of experience selling business applications to large enterprise customers. He specializes in turning around underperforming markets by building teams focused on delivering superior business value and customer satisfaction. He has held strategic, high-level positions with ADP (NASDAQ: ADP), Reynolds & Reynolds, New World Systems and was most recently with Oracle (NYSE: ORCL).
