TBK Consult publish ebook for ISVs
TBK Consult has released an eBook with the title “Strategic Planning and Budgeting Guidelines for Independent Software Vendors.”
The new eBook, written by software marketing veteran Hans Peter Bech (61), provides suggestions and ideas for managing “low visibility scenarios.” Small and medium-sized Independent Software Vendors with global growth ambitions face “low visibility scenarios” on a regular basis. Entering new markets and bringing new products to new markets are associated with substantial risk and uncertainty. The eBook provides recommendations for managing these situations.
“I have tried this journey myself so many times in the first 25 years of my career as an international software sales executive,” says Hans Peter Bech, author of the eBook and CEO at TBK Consult. “Over the last 7 years I have constantly been involved with clients facing the exact same challenges. The conditions for bringing software to the international markets have changed dramatically over the last 20 years; however, unfortunately, there is still no simple recipe for international growth in the software industry. I have compiled some of the most important general guidelines in my new eBook. I hope that Independent Software Vendors can find inspiration and ideas to avoid some of the most common and costly mistakes, while at the same time achieve their full potential.”
The eBook is a practical guide for the busy software executive. It is based on the author’s personal experiences from 25 years in the international software business and his 7 years of consulting practice with assisting software companies with global expansion. The eBook has been condensed to 55 pages making it consumable while waiting in an airport or while commuting.
The eBook can be downloaded free of charge from the TBK Consult website.
