EG has existed since 1977, and is now a Scandinavian company with over 1,800 employees. With around 25 offices in Scandinavia, EG combines local presence with a global knowledge base. In 2014 EG had revenue of more than DKK 1.6 billion and profit of DKK 229 million. The company has an annual turnover of almost DKK 1.2 million per employee.

EG is serving selected market segments with vertical solutions for e-business, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Business Intelligence (BI), Portals, Digital Document/Workflow management and IT infrastructure. Solutions are based on SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/AX and the own-developed ASPECT4.
