E2open files for IPO

E2open, (Foster City, CA., USA) a leading provider of cloud-based, on-demand software solutions for collaborative execution across global trading networks, have announced that it has filed a Registration Statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.

BofA Merrill Lynch will act as lead book-running manager for the offering. William Blair & Company, Pacific Crest Securities, Canaccord Genuity and Needham & Company will act as co-managers.
