Itelligence acquires majority in 2C Change

itelligence AG (Bielefeld, Germany) has acquired a majority interest in the Danish SAP consultancy firm 2C change (Horsens, Denmark). In line with its growth strategy, itelligence AG is thus strengthening its international business and significantly building up its market presence in Northern Europe.

We feel that we share vision, culture and philosophy, and this means that we continue in the same direction but with greater strength in the future. itelligence has always been an inspiration to us in the past, and we are convinced to return the favors and be a valuable part of giving itelligence success in the Nordics.” says Nicolaj Vang Jessen, CEO of 2C Change. “2C change will continue to service customers across the world but now as part of the large itelligence network. We know itelligence very well and have been working together for international customers before. Our current and future customers can expect to benefit from the international presence and expertise of the new organization, which 2C change will become a part of.”

The partners and employees of 2C change will remain at the company after the acquisition. The 150 staff members of 2C change bring the total staff of itelligence above 2000. itelligence is represented in 19 countries with more than 4000 customers in the SAP space. 2C change will continue to operate in Denmark, Norway and Malaysia.
