QPR Software, (Helsinki, Finland) a provider of software and services for operational development, have announced a new release of its Automated Business Process Discovery (ABPD) software product QPR ProcessAnalyzer.

With release 4.5, the product now enables continuous process analytics by providing automatized data integration and transformation capabilities for process analysts and data practitioners. This is a move away from one-off analyses and delivers real-time monitoring of process performance.

QPR ProcessAnalyzer is an ABPD software product that provides the exact ‘as-is’ process flowchart and detailed process performance information for analysis and improvement of business processes.  Using the relevant data from business support systems, the software product delivers facts and actionable insight for making the right decisions for optimized processes. With QPR ProcessAnalyzer 4.5, data integration can be automated and further data transformations done within the product via easy-to-use User Interface. This enables effective creation and delivery of customized reports and continuous analyses serving the specific needs of Process and Business Owners.

“At QPR we have learned from numerous customer projects that when conducting process analysis, working with data is key and the easier it is, the better. As companies are focusing on making their processes lean and efficient, the most effective way to reach results is continuous improvement and analytics. As a response, we developed QPR ProcessAnalyzer 4.5 to allow for repetitive analyses but with minimum effort. The data needs to be set-up once and the automated updates deliver steady feed of reality checks supporting process improvement. “, comments Teemu Lehto, Product Owner.

Usually processes are analyzed as one-off projects. Now, the new concept of automated data integrations moves process analytics and improvement activities closer to daily operations. This way, different stakeholders can really monitor and see how the implemented process changes impact the performance from the facts delivered on weekly, daily or even on hourly basis. In addition, the manual efforts involved in process analysis are reduced, speeding-up the work for data analysts.
