Asure Software Acquires ADI Time
Asure Software, Inc. (Austin, TX, USA), a provider of workforce management software solutions, has acquired ADI Time® (Warwick, Rhode Island, USA) a vendor of cloud computing time and attendance software and labor management services.
ADI Time’s solutions help companies improve the supervision of their workforces, provide better visibility into labor costs, and achieve greater operational efficiencies. Through the asset purchase agreement, Asure will now offer ADI Time’s full suite of on-site and software-as-a-service (SaaS) time and attendance solutions.
