WorkForce Software, (Livonia, Michigan, USA) a leading provider of workforce management solutions for organizations with complex labor policies and stringent compliance demands, have announced that it has partnered with EmployTouch™,(Toronto, Canada) makers of TouchBase™, an innovative, tablet-based solution for labor data collection, employee self-service, and collaboration.
Under the terms of this strategic alliance, WorkForce Software will integrate its award-winning EmpCenter® suite of workforce management solutions with the EmployTouch device and software. The combined offering, dubbed EmpCenter Engage, will allow employers to use WorkForce Software’s leading workforce management solutions on an easy-to-use, next-generation technology, resulting in more accurate labor data collection, improved accessibility and greater compliance with labor regulations.
WorkForce Software’s EmpCenter suite enables employers to track employee hours and absences, assign tasks, manage schedules, ensure compliance and mitigate the risk of employee fatigue, enabling organizations to meet their strategic workforce management goals.
